Play Therapy (Ages 2+)
Developmentally responsive, play-based interventions to address behavioral concerns, support emotional expression, and strengthen parent child attachment
Uses symbolic play, and caregiver coaching to promote regulation, resilience, and secure relationships
Family involvement and parent consultation are central to generalizing skills and improving co-regulation at home
Sibling/Family Therapy
Focus:
Enhance interaction patterns, communication, and emotional responsiveness
Repair ruptures and strengthen connections within the family
Support For:
Difficult transitions (e.g., communication issues, divorce, estrangement)
Tailored approaches honoring each member’s unique role
Goals:
Build a harmonious family environment where everyone feels heard and supported
Develop supportive routines and skills for long-term emotional health

Rates
Initial Phone Consultation: Free
Family Sessions: $150 per 50 minute session (3 + members)
Individual Sessions: $115 per 50 minute session
Teen/Adult EMDR Sessions: $130 per 50 minute session
Comprehensive Family/Couple Sessions: $300 per 100 minute session
Cash, check, and all major credit cards are accepted with payment collected at the time of service. Credit card payments will be made through the client portal.
